If Allah, the Almighty, loves a slave, He calls out to Jibrīl and says: Verily, Allah, the Almighty, loves so-and-so; so love him. So, Jibrīl loves him and announces to the inhabitants of the heavens: Verily, Allah loves so- and-so; so love him; and the inhabitants of the heavens (the angels), thus, love him, and then he is granted acceptance on earth
