2024 اجتنبوا هذه القاذورة التي نهى الله عنها، فمَنْ أَلَمَّ فليستتر بستر الله وليتب إلى الله فإنه من يبدلنا صفحته نقم عليه كتاب الله عز وجل
Avoid these filthy practices which Allah has prohibited. The one who commits any of these deeds should conceal himself with Allah's veil (he should not speak about them) and repent to Allah, for if anyone exposes his hidden sins (to us), we shall inflict the punishment prescribed by Allah, the Almighty, on him

عن عبد الله بن عمر رضي الله عنهما أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قام بعد أن رَجَمَ الْأَسْلَمِيَّ فقال: «اجْتَنِبُوا هذه الْقَاذُورَةَ التي نهى الله عنها فمن أَلَمَّ فَلْيَسْتَتِرْ بِسِتْرِ الله وَلِيَتُبْ إلى الله فإنه من يُبْدِ لْنَا صَفْحَتَهُ نُقِمْ عليه كتاب الله عز وجل ».

‘Abdullāh ibn ‘Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) stood up after stoning Al-Aslami and said: "Avoid these filthy practices which Allah has prohibited. The one who commits any of these deeds should conceal himself with Allah's veil (he should not speak about them) and repent to Allah, for if anyone exposes his hidden sins (to us), we shall inflict the punishment prescribed by Allah, the Almighty, on him."

في هذا الحديث يُخبر ابن عمر رضي الله عنهما أنَّ النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قامَ بعد أن رجم ماعزَ بن مالك الأسلمي رضي الله عنه فخطب بالناس وحذرَّهم من الوقوع في هذه الفاحشة وهي الزنا، وأنَّ من وقع في شيء منها فلا يفضح نفسه ويُظهر ما فعل، بل يستر نفسه بستر الله عليه، وعليه أن يبادر بالتوبة، والله يتوب على من تاب، وهذا أفضل له من إخبار الحاكم عن فعلته؛ لأن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم أخبر أنه من أظهر المعصية وما حصل منه أقام عليه الحَدَّ الذي حَدَّهُ في كتابه.
In this Hadīth, Ibn ‘Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) reports that the Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) stood up after stoning Mā‘iz ibn Mālik al-Aslami (may Allah be pleased with him) and he delivered a speech to the people and warned them against committing the immorality of unlawful sexual intercourse. Moreover, he stated that whoever commits unlawful sexual intercourse should not disgrace himself by exposing what he has done. Rather, he should screen himself with Allah’s veil, and he should hasten to repent, and Allah forgives those who repent. This is better for the offender than informing the ruler about his deeds, because the Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) stated that whoever exposes his sins and deeds, he will inflict the punishment prescribed by Allah in His Book upon him.

دلَّ الحديث على رغبة الشارع الحكيم من المذنب أن يستر نفسه، ويتوب عن الذنب فيما بينه وبين ربه، والله -سبحانه- غفور رحيم: {وَهُوَ الَّذِي يَقْبَلُ التَّوْبَةَ عَنْ عِبَادِهِ وَيَعْفُو عَنِ السَّيِّئَاتِ} [الشورى: 25]. أنه إذا رُفِع أمر من أتى بفاحشة، وأبان عن حقيقة حاله إلى ولي أمره، فإنَّه حينئذٍ يجب على ولي الأمر إقامة ذلك الحد؛ كما قال -صلى الله عليه وسلم-: "من يُبْدِ لنا صفحته، نقم عليه كتاب الله -عزَّ وجل-". وجوب اجتناب المعاصي. وجوب التوبة. أنه ينبغي للإنسان أن يربط الوقائع والأحكام بكتاب الله وسنة رسوله حتى يألفهما الناس.
