2178 صلاة في مسجدي هذا خير من ألف صلاة فيما سواه إلا المسجد الحرام
A prayer in this mosque of mine is better than a thousand prayers anywhere else, except for the Sacred Mosque

عن أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه: أن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: «صلاة في مسجدي هذا خير من ألف صلاة فيما سواه إلا المسجد الحرام».

Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Prophet (may Allah’s peace and blessings be upon him) said: "A prayer in this mosque of mine is better than a thousand prayers anywhere else, except for the Sacred Mosque."

صحيح - ( متفق عليه ). Sahih/Authentic. [Al-Bukhari and Muslim]

يخبر النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم أنّ الصّلاةَ في مسجده خير وأفضَل مِن ألف صلاة في غير المسجد النّبوي، إلّا المسجد الحرام بمكَّة، فإنَّ الصلاةَ فيه خير مِن مائة ألفِ صلاةٍ في غيره مِن المساجد، كما في الأحاديث الأخرى، وفيه دلالة على فضل المسجد الحرام والمسجد النَّبويّ، وزيادة أجر الصَّلاة فيهما عمّا سواهما.
The Prophet (may Allah’s peace and blessings be upon him) informs in this Hadīth that a prayer in his mosque is better and more meritorious than a thousand prayers performed anywhere else, except for the Sacred Mosque in Makkah, where prayer is better than a hundred thousand prayers offered in any other mosque, as related in other Hadīths. This points out the merit of the Sacred Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque and that prayers performed therein entail greater rewards than prayers performed elsewhere.

بيان فضل الصلاة في المسجد الحرام. بيان فضل الصلاة في مسجد رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، حيث إنه يضاعف على غيره بأكثر مِن ألف صلاة، إلّا المسجد الحرام. كون مكة أفضل مِن المدينة؛ حيث إنَّ الصلاة في مكَّة أفضل مِن الصلاة في المدينة.
The Hadīth shows the merit of praying in the Sacred Mosque. It shows the merit of praying in the Prophet's Mosque, as prayer therein is better in reward than a thousand prayers elsewhere, except for the Sacred Mosque. Makkah is more meritorious than Madīn
