916 اللَّهُمَّ إنِّي أَسْأَلُك مِنْ الْخَيْرِ كُلِّهِ عَاجِلِهِ وَآجِلِهِ، مَا عَلِمْت مِنْهُ وَمَا لَمْ أَعْلَمْ، وَأَعُوذُ بِك مِنْ الشَّرِّ كُلِّهِ عَاجِلِهِ وَآجِلِهِ، مَا عَلِمْت مِنْهُ وَمَا لَمْ أَعْلَمْ
O Allah, I ask You for all that is good, now or in the future, what I know and what I do not know. O Allah, I seek refuge with You from all evil, now or in the future, what I know and what I do not know

عن عائشة رضي الله عنها أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم علمها هذا الدعاء: اللَّهُمَّ إني أسألك من الخير كله عَاجِلِهِ وآجِلِهِ، ما علمتُ منه وما لم أعلم، وأعوذ بك من الشر كله عَاجِلِهِ وآجِلِهِ، ما علمتُ منه وما لم أعلم، اللَّهُمَّ إني أسألك من خير ما سألك عبدُك ونبيُّك، وأعوذ بك من شر ما عَاذَ منه عبدُك ونبيُّك اللَّهُمَّ إني أسألك الجنة، وما قرب إليها من قول أو عمل، وأعوذ بك من النار، وما قرَّبَ إليها من قول أو عمل، وأسألك أن تجعل كل قضاء قَضَيْتَه لي خيرًا.

‘Ā'ishah (may Allah be pleased with her) reported that the Messenger of Allah (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) taught her this supplication: "O Allah, I ask You for all that is good, now or in the future, what I know and what I do not know. O Allah, I seek refuge with You from all evil, now or in the future, what I know and what I do not know. O Allah, I ask You for the good that Your slave and Prophet has asked You for, and I seek refuge with You from the evil from which Your slave and Prophet sought refuge. O Allah, I ask You for Paradise and for that which brings one closer to it, in word and deed, and I seek refuge in You from Hell and from that which brings one closer to it, in word and deed. And I ask You to make every decree that You decreed concerning me good."

علم النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم عائشة رضي الله عنها هذا الدعاء الذي جمع الكلمات النافعة الجامعة لخيري الدنيا والآخرة، والاستعاذة من شرهما، وسؤال الجنة وأعمالها، والاستعاذة من النار وأعمالها، وسؤال الله أن يجعل كل قضاء خيرًا، وسؤال الله تعالى من خير ما سأله الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم ، ويستعيذ مما استعاذه منه الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم .
The Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) taught ‘Ā'ishah (may Allah be pleased with her) this supplication that includes many beneficial statements, which comprehend goodness of this world and the Hereafter, while seeking refuge in Allah from their evils. He also taught her to ask Allah for Paradise and doing its deeds, to seek refuge from the Hellfire and its deeds, and to ask Allah to make all that He decrees to be good. Finally, she was taught to ask Allah to grant her the good things that His Messenger (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) asked for, and to seek refuge from the things that the Messenger sought refuge from.

تعليم الرجل أهله ما ينفعهم من أمور الدين والدنيا، كما علم النبي -صلى الله عليه وسلم- عائشة. الحرص على هذا الدعاء تأسيًا بالنبي -صلى الله عليه وسلم- في قوله. أن الإنسان إذا سأل الخير فإنه يقول من الخير، وليس كل الخير؛ لأن الخير كله لا يكون لأحد. أنه ينبغي البسط في الدعاء ما لم يخرج عن حده، فإن خرج عن حده صار مكروهًا. لا بأس أن يسأل الإنسان ربه سؤالا مجملا مثل "ما علمت منه وما لم أعلم". الاستعاذة بالله من الشر تكون عامة لكل الشر. أهمية سؤال الله -تعالى- دخول الجنة وكل ما يقرب إليها من قول أو عمل. الاستعاذة بالله -تعالى- من النار وكل ما يقرب إليها من قول أو عمل.
