1029 مه، عليكم بما تطيقون، فوالله لا يمل الله حتى تملوا، وكان أحب الدين إليه ما داوم صاحبه عليه
Do (good) deeds according to your capacity, for by Allah, Allah never grows weary (of giving rewards) unless you grow weary (of doing good deeds), and the best deed in His sight is that which is done regularly

عن عائشة رضي الله عنها : أن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم دخل عليها وعندها امرأة، قال: «من هذه؟» قالت: هذه فلانة تذكر من صلاتها. قال: «مَهْ، عليكم بما تطيقون، فوالله لا يَمَلُّ الله حتى تَمَلُّوا» وكان أحب الدين إليه ما داوم صاحبه عليه.

‘Ā'ishah (may Allah be pleased with her) reported that the Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) came in while a woman was sitting with her. He said: "Who is she?" ‘Ā'ishah replied: "She is so-and-so," and told him about her (excessive) praying. He said disapprovingly: "Do (good) deeds according to your capacity, for by Allah, Allah never grows weary (of giving rewards) unless you grow weary (of doing good deeds), and the best deed in His sight is that which is done regularly.”

صحيح - ( متفق عليه ). Sahih/Authentic. [Al-Bukhari and Muslim]

زارت امرأة عائشة رضي الله عنها فذكرت لها كثرة عبادتها وصلاتها، فذكرت عائشة ذلك لرسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم فنهاها عن المبالغة في العبادة وتكليف النفس ما لا تطيق، وأخبرها أن الله لا يعاملكم معاملة الملل حتى تملوا فتتركوا، فينبغي لكم أن تأخذوا ما تطيقون الدوام عليه ليدوم ثوابه لكم وفضله عليكم.
A woman came to visit ‘Ā'ishah (may Allah be pleased with her) and mentioned to ‘Ā'ishah her abundant worship and prayer, so ‘Ā'ishah mentioned that to the Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him). He expressed disapproval and forbade her from going to extremes in performing acts of worship, and instructed her not to overburden herself with things she could not handle. Then he informed her that Allah does not become tired of rewarding good deeds until one becomes tired of excessive worship and thus abandons it. One should thus only do what he will be able to continue doing regularly to continue receiving the reward of Allah for it.

جواز السؤال عمن دخل البيت من النساء أو الرجال. جواز ذكر الوصف أمام العالم ليصحح الخطأ ويثني على الصواب استحباب الزجر عند رؤية المنكر. لا يجوز تأخير البيان عن وقت الحاجة. الإكثار من العبادة فوق ما يطيق الجسد يؤدي إلى الملل والفتور فتترك النفس الاعتدال والتوسط في أداء العبادة مدعاة لاستمرارها ولثبات الطاعة عليها. أحب الأعمال وأكثرها ثواباً أدومها وإن قلت. يجب علينا أن نعتقد أن الله -تعالى- منزه عن كل صفة نقص من ملل وغيره، وما في هذا الحديث من إثبات الملل لله يقال: ملل الله ليس كملل المخلوق ففي حق المخلوق تكون على وجه النقص، أما في حق الخالق على وجه الكمال، أو المراد به بيان أنه مهما عملت من عمل فإن الله يجازيك عليه فإن الله لا يمل من ثوابك حتى تمل من العمل، ويكون المراد بالملل لازم الملل.
