990 إن الله ليرضى عن العبد أن يأكل الأكلة، فيحمده عليها، أو يشرب الشَّربة، فيحمده عليها
Allah is pleased with a person who eats some food and then praises Him for it, or who drinks some drink and then praises Him for it

عن أنس بن مالك رضي الله عنه مرفوعاً: «إن الله ليرضى عن العبد أن يأكل الأكلة، فيحمده عليها، أو يشرب الشَّربة، فيحمده عليها».

Anas ibn Mālik (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Allah is pleased with a person who eats some food and then praises Him for it, or who drinks some drink and then praises Him for it."

صحيح - ( رواه مسلم ). Sahih/Authentic. [Muslim]

إن من أسباب مرضاة الله سبحانه شكره على الأكل والشرب فهو سبحانه وحده المتفضل بهذا الرزق.
One of the means to earn Allah's pleasure is to thank Him for the food and water we consume, for He alone is the bestower of those bounties.

إثبات صفة الرضى لله -سبحانه وتعالى-. أن رضى الله قد ينال بأدنى سبب كالحمد بعد الأكل والشرب. الحث على شكر الله -عز وجل- وأنه سبب لرضاه, وأن الشكر طريق للنجاة والقبول. بيان أدب من آداب الطعام والشراب. بيان كرم الله عز وجل فقد تفضل عليك بالرزق ورضي عنك بالحمد. السنة تحصل بقول: الحمد لله.
Affirming the attribute of pleasure to Allah Almighty. Allah’s pleasure could be attained by the simplest reasons such as praising Him after eating and drinking. Muslims are urged to thank Allah Almighty as it is a reason for attaining His pleasure. Thank
