986 الدنيا متاع، وخير متاعها المرأة الصالحة
This world is but an enjoyment and the best of its enjoyments is a righteous woman

عن عبد الله بن عمرو بن العاص رضي الله عنهما مرفوعاً: «الدنيا متاع، وخير متاعها المرأة الصالحة».

‘Abdullāh ibn ‘Amr ibn al-‘Ās (may Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Messenger (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) said: "This world is but an enjoyment and the best of its enjoyments is a righteous woman."

صحيح - ( رواه مسلم ). Sahih/Authentic. [Muslim]

الدنيا بما فيها شيء يتمتع به حيناً من الوقت ثم يزول، ولكن أفضل متاع هذه الدنيا الزائلة المرأة الصالحة، التي تعين على الآخرة، وقد فسرها النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم بقوله: ((إذا نظر إليها سرته وإذا أمرها أطاعته وإذا غاب عنها حفظته في نفسها وماله)).
Everything in this world is a temporary enjoyment. However, its best enjoyment is a righteous woman, who has her eye on the Hereafter. She is described in this statement of the Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him): "When he looks at her, he is pleased; when he swears an oath concerning her, she fulfills it; and when he is away from her, she safeguards him in regard to herself and his wealth."

يجوز التمتع بطيبات الدنيا التي أحلها الله لعباده دون سرف أو مخيلة. الترغيب في اختيار المرأة الصالحة لأنها عون للزوج على طاعة ربه. خير متاع الدنيا ما كان في طاعة الله أو أعان عليها.
It is permissible to enjoy such worldly good things that Allah has made allowable for His servants, provided that such enjoyment involves neither excess nor pride. It encourages choosing a good wife since it helps the husband obey his Lord. The best world
