924 إِنَّ اللَّعَّانِين لا يَكُونُونَ شُفَعَاءَ، وَلا شُهَداءَ يَوْمَ القِيَامةِ
Those who indulge in cursing will not be intercessors or witnesses on the Day of Resurrection

عن أبي الدرداء رضي الله عنه عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: «إِنَّ اللَّعَّانِين لا يَكُونُونَ شُفَعَاءَ، وَلا شُهَداءَ يَوْمَ القِيَامةِ».

Abu Ad-Dardā' (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Those who indulge in cursing will not be intercessors or witnesses on the Day of Resurrection."

صحيح - ( رواه مسلم ). Sahih/Authentic. [Muslim]

في الحديث التحذير من كثرة اللَّعن، وأنَّ من يكثر اللَّعن ليس له منزلة عند الله تعالى ، ولا تقبل شفاعتهم في الدنيا؛ لأنهم غير عدول، والشهادة لا تقبل إلا من العدل، ولا تقبل شفاعتهم في إخوانهم لدخول الجنة ولا شهادتهم في الآخرة، وأيضاً لا تقبل شفاعتهم على الأمم السابقة في أن رسلهم بلغوا الرسالة.
This Hadīth contains a warning against frequent cursing. Those who curse frequently have no place in the sight of Allah, nor is their intercession accepted in this world, because they are not considered upright while testimony is only accepted from upright people. Also their intercession or testimony is rejected in favor of their fellow Muslims to enter Paradise. Moreover, their testimony regarding the previous nations, that their messengers conveyed the message to them, is also not accepted.

تحريم الَّلعن، وأن كثرته من كبائر الذنوب. نفى النبي -صلى الله عليه وسلم- عن مُكْثِر اللَّعن قبول شهادته بالتنبيه. أنَّ كَثِير اللَّعن فاسق، لأنَّ شهادة المؤمن مقبولة وشهادة الفاسق مردودة، وكثير اللَّعن شهادته مردودة. إثبات شفاعة المؤمنين يوم القيامة.
