380 ذكرتُ شيئًا من تبر عندنا فكرهت أن يحبسني، فأمرت بقسمته
I remembered a gold nugget in my house which I didn't want to distract me, so I ordered it to be distributed (in charity)

عن عقبة بن الحارث رضي الله عنه قال: صليت وراء النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم بالمدينة العصر، فسَلَّمَ ثم قام مُسرعًا، فتَخَطَّى رِقَابَ الناس إلى بعض حُجَرِ نِسائه، فَفَزِعَ الناسُ من سُرْعَتِهِ، فخرج عليهم، فرأى أنهم قد عجبوا من سُرْعَتِهِ، قال: «ذكرت شيئاً من تِبْرٍ عندنا فكرهت أن يَحْبِسَنِي، فأمرتُ بِقِسْمَتِهِ». وفي رواية: «كنت خَلَّفْتُ في البيت تِبْرًا من الصدقة، فكرهت أن أُبَيِّتَهُ».

‘Uqbah ibn al-Hārith (may Allah be pleased with him) reported: I offered the ‘Asr prayer behind the Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) in Madīnah. When he finished the prayer with Taslīm, he got up hurriedly and went out by crossing the rows of people to one of his wives' rooms. The people were astonished at his speed. The Prophet came back and saw the people surprised at his haste and said to them: "I remembered a gold nugget in my house which I didn't want to distract me, so I ordered it to be distributed (in charity). In another version: "I left a piece of gold in my house from the charity which I did not want to let it remain with us overnight."

قال عقبة بن الحارث رضي الله عنه أنه صلَّى مع النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم ذات يوم صلاة العصر، فقام النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم حين انصرف من صلاته مسرعاً، يَتخَطَّي رقاب الناس متوجهاً إلى بعض حجرات زوجاته؛ فخاف الناس من ذلك، ثم خرج فرأى الناس قد عجبوا من ذلك؛ فبين لهم النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم سبب هذا، وأخبر أنه تذكر شيئًا من ذهب غير مضروب مما تجب قسمته، فكره أن يمنعه ويشغله التفكير فيه عن التوجه والإقبال على الله تعالى .
Uqbah ibn al-Hārith (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that he prayed the ‘Asr prayer with the Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) one day, and the Prophet hurriedly left by crossing the rows of people to one of the rooms of his wives. The people were astonished at his haste. The Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) came back and saw the people wondering about his haste, so he wanted to clarify it, and told them that he remembered a gold nugget in his house of Zakah which was supposed to be distributed, and he did not want his thinking about it to prevent and distract him from contemplating and devoting himself completely to Allah while in the prayer.

جواز قيام الإمام بعد الفراغ من الصلاة دون أن يقول أذكار دبر الصلاة إذا أتاه ما يشغله، ويؤخر الأذكار. أن رسول الله -صلى الله عليه وسلم- أسرع الناس مبادرة إلى الخير. جواز تخطي الرقاب بعد السلام من الصلاة، ولا سيما إذا كان لحاجة. جواز التعجب ممن فعل فعلاً ليس من عادته. أن رسول الله -صلى الله عليه وسلم- كغيره من البشر يلحقه النسيان، وأنه ينسى كما ينسى غيره. انشغال الفكر في الصلاة لا يبطلها، ولكن يُخشى أن يذهب بالخشوع. استحباب التخلص مما يشغل القلب عن الله -تعالى-، واستحباب المبادرة إلى عمل الخير. شدة الأمانة وعظمها، وأن الإنسان إذا لم يبادر بأدائها فإنها قد تحبسه. جواز الاستنابة والتوكيل في صرف الصدقات مع القدرة على المباشرة.
