1271 من حلف فقال في حلفه: باللات والعزى، فليقل: لا إله إلا الله، ومن قال لصاحبه: تعال أقامرك فليتصدق
Whoever swears by Al-Lāt and Al-‘Uzza (pagan idols) should say: there is no god but Allah. Whoever says to his companion "Come and gamble with me" should give charity

عن أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه مرفوعاً: «من حَلَفَ فقال في حَلِفِهِ: بِاللاَّتِ وَالْعُزَّى، فليقل: لا إله إلا الله، ومن قال لصاحبه: تعال أُقَامِرْكَ فَلْيَتَصَدَّقْ».

Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever swears by Al-Lāt and Al-‘Uzza should say: 'there is no god but Allah'. Whoever says to his companion 'Come and gamble with me’ should give charity."

صحيح - ( متفق عليه ). Sahih/Authentic. [Al-Bukhari and Muslim]

أمر النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم من حلف بغير الله تعالى كاللات والعزى أو غيرها أن يقول: لا إله إلا الله، ومن قال لصاحبه: أراهنك أن هذا كذا وكذا؛ أن يتصدق.
The Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) ordered the person who swears by other than Allah, such as swearing by the pagan idols Al-Lāt and Al-‘Uzza or other than them, to declare the Oneness of Allah by saying: "There is no god but Allah". Moreover, he ordered the person who says to his companion: "I bet you that this is such-and-such" to give charity.

وجوب الرجوع عن المعصية في حال اقترافها بغير علم أو سبق لسان. حرمة الحلف بالأصنام وأنه مما يخرج العبد من الملة. تحريم القمار بكل صوره وأشكاله. الدعوة إلى المعاصي معصية أخرى. من وقع في سيئة عليه أن يتبعها حسنة؛ لأن الحسنات يذهبن السيئات. كفارة الحلف بالأصنام قول: لا إله إلا الله. كفارة الدعوة إلى المراهنة الصدقة.
