The Messenger of Allah (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) was the best of people in terms of morals

عن أنس رضي الله عنه قَالَ: كَانَ رسولُ اللهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم أحسنَ النَّاس خُلُقاً.

Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Messenger of Allah (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) was the best of people in terms of morals.

صحيح - ( متفق عليه ). Sahih/Authentic. [Al-Bukhari and Muslim]

بيان ما كان النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم عليه من حسن الخلق وكرم الشمائل والتواضع، لحيازته جميع المحاسن والمكارم وتكاملها فيه.
This Hadīth shows that the Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) had the best morals, honorable traits, and modesty; due to possessing all beautiful and noble traits and their integration in his character.

ما كان عليه الرسول -صلى الله عليه وسلم- من كمال الخُلق. الحث على حسن الخلق تأسيا بالنبي -صلى الله عليه وسلم-.
It illustrates the perfect moral character of the Messenger of Allah (may Allah’s peace and blessings be upon him). It urges the adoption of good moral character following the example of the Messenger of Allah (may Allah’s peace and blessings be upon him)
