1047 يسروا ولا تعسروا، وبشروا ولا تنفروا
Make matters easy (for people) and do not make them difficult, and give people glad tidings and do not repulse them

عن أنس بن مالك رضي الله عنه مرفوعاً: «يَسِّرُوا وَلاَ تُعَسِّرُوا، وَبَشِّرُوا وَلاَ تُنَفِّرُوا».

Anas ibn Mālik (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Make matters easy (for people) and do not make them difficult, and give people glad tidings and do not repulse them."

صحيح - ( متفق عليه ). Sahih/Authentic. [Al-Bukhari and Muslim]

كان النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم يحب التخفيف واليسر على الناس فما خير صلى الله عليه وسلم بين أمرين قط إلا اختار أيسرهما ما لم يكن محرماً، فقوله: يسروا ولا تعسروا أي: في جميع الأحوال، وقوله: وبشروا ولا تنفروا، البشارة هي الإخبار بالخير عكس التنفير، ومن التنفير الإخبار بالسوء والشر.
The Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) liked to make matters easy for people. Whenever he was given a choice between two matters, he would choose the easier option, except if it was unlawful. His words: "Make matters easy and do not make them difficult" apply in all situations, and his words: "give glad tidings to people" mean tell them pleasant things, which is the opposite of warning and threatening.

واجب المؤمن أن يحبب الناس بالله ويرغبهم في الخير. ينبغي على الداعي إلى الله أن ينظر بحكمة إلى كيفية تبليغ دعوة الإسلام إلى الناس. التبشير يولد السرور والإقبال والاطمئنان للداعي ولما يعرضه على الناس. التعسير يولد النفور والإدبار والتشكيك في كلام الداعي. سعة رحمة الله بعباده وأنه رضي لهم ديناً سمحاً وشريعة ميسرة.
