104 لم أر النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم يستلم من البيت إلا الركنين اليمانيين
I did not see the Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) wiping with his hand anything of the House except the two Yemeni Corners.

عن عبد الله بن عمر رضي الله عنهما قال: «لَمْ أَرَ النبِيَّ -صلَّى الله عليه وسلَّم يَستَلمُ- منَ البيتِ إِلا الرُّكنَينِ اليَمَانِيَينِ».

‘Abdullāh ibn ‘Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) reported: I did not see the Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) wiping with his hand anything of the House except the two Yemeni Corners.

صحيح - ( متفق عليه ). Sahih/Authentic. [Al-Bukhari and Muslim]

لم يكن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم يستلم من الأركان الأربعة للكعبة إلا الركن الأسود والركن اليماني، فللبيت أربعة أركان، فللركن الشرقي منها فضيلتان: 1. كونه على قواعد إبراهيم. 2. وكون الحجر الأسود فيه. والركن اليماني له فضيلة واحدة، وهو كونه على قواعد إبراهيم. وليس للشامي والعراقي شيء من هذا، فإن تأسيسهما خارج عن أساس إبراهيم حيث أخرج الحجر من الكعبة من جهتهما؛ ولهذا فإنه يشرع استلام الحجر الأسود وتقبيله، ويشرع استلام الركن اليماني بلا تقبيل، ولا يشرع في حق الركنين الباقيين استلام ولا تقبيل، والشرع مبناه على الاتباع، لا على الإحداث والابتداع، ولله في شرعه حكم وأسرار.
The Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) did not use to touch any of the four corners of the Ka‘bah except the Black Stone Corner and the Yamani Corner. The House has four corners. The eastern corner has two merits: 1. It was built on the foundations of Ibrahīm. 2. It accommodates the Black Stone. The Yamani Corner has one merit: It was built on the foundations of Ibrahīm. The Shami and Iraqi Corners do not have any of these merits. The Black Stone was taken out of the Ka‘bah from their side. It is recommended to touch and kiss the Black Stone, and touch the Yamani corner without kissing it. However, it is not permissible to touch or kiss the other two corners. The laws of Islam are predicated on compliance not innovation, and there is a divine wisdom behind everything in the Shariah of Allah.

استحباب استلام الركنين اليمانيين. عدم مشروعية استلام غير الركنين اليمانيين من أركان الكعبة ولا غيرها من المقدسات. السنة كما تكون في الأفعال تكون كذلك في المتروكات، فإذا وُجِد سبب الفعل في عهد النبي -صلى الله عليه وسلم- فلم يفعل؛ دل هذا على أن السنة تركه.
