1001 ما بقي منها؟-أي الشاة- قالت: ما بقي منها إلا كتفها. قال: بقي كلها غير كتفها
What is left of it (the sheep)? She replied: Nothing is left except its shoulder. He said: All of it is left except its shoulder

عن عائشة رضي الله عنها : أنهم ذبحوا شاة فقال النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم : «ما بقي منها؟» قالت: ما بقي منها إلا كتفها. قال: «بقي كلها غير كتفها».

‘Ā’ishah (may Allah be pleased with her) reported that they slaughtered a sheep, so the Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) asked: “What is left of it?” She replied: “Nothing is left except its shoulder.” He said: “All of it is left except its shoulder.”

صحيح - ( رواه الترمذي ). Sahih/Authentic. [At-Tirmidhi]

ذبح النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم شاة ثم تصدقوا بها إلا كتفها، فقال لها النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم : بقيت الشاة عند الله تعالى ثوابًا وأجرًا نجده في الآخرة؛ لأنه تصدق بها، أما ما لم يتصدق به فليس باقيًا على الحقيقة.
The Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) slaughtered a sheep then they gave all of it in charity except its shoulder. So he said to ‘Ā’ishah (may Allah be pleased with her) that all of the sheep remains for them with Allah, the Almighty, as a reward that they will receive in the Hereafter, because it was given out in charity. As to the part that was not given out in charity (the shoulder), it is actually not left for them because it is not rewarded.

استحباب الصدقة والاهتمام بها وأن لا يستكثر الإنسان ما أنفقه فيها. بيان كرم رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم وأهل بيته. مال العبد الحقيقي ما يقدمه ويدخر ثوابه عند الله -تعالى-. لا يضيع الله أجر من أحسن عملاً بل يحفظه ويوفيه إياه يوم القيامة.
