عن عبد الله بن عباس رضي الله عنهما عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: «نِعْمَتَانِ مَغْبُونٌ فيهما كثيرٌ من الناس: الصحةُ، والفراغُ». ‘Abdullāh ibn ‘Abbās (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Messenger of Allah (may Allah’s peace and blessings be upon him) said: "There are two blessings in which many people incur loss: health and free time."
