عن عبد الله بن عمرو رضي الله عنهما عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: «رضا الله في رضا الوالدين، وسَخَطُ الله في سَخَطِ الوالدين». ‘Abdullāh ibn ‘Amr (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The pleasure of Allah is in the pleasure of the parents, and the displeasure of Allah is in the displeasure of the parents."
