عن ابن مسعود رضي الله عنه قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم : «من أصابته فَاقَة فأنْزَلها بالناس لم تُسَدَّ فَاقَتُهُ، ومن أنْزَلها بالله، فَيُوشِكُ الله له بِرزق عاجل أو آجل». Ibn Mas‘ūd (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) said: "He who is inflicted with poverty and seeks relief from people, he will not be relieved; whereras he who seeks relief from Allah, he will be given sustenance from Allah sooner or later."
