عن أُمِّ عَطِيَّةَ الأنصارية رضي الله عنها قالت: «نُهِينَا عن اتِّبَاعِ الجنائز ولم يُعْزَمْ علينا». Umm ‘Atiyyah al-Ansāriah (may Allah be pleased with her) reported: We were forbidden to follow funeral processions, but the prohibition was not mandatory for us.
