HadeethTextAr: عن ابن عباس رضي الله عنهما قال: «بُعِث رسولُ الله صلى الله عليه وسلم لِأَربعين سَنَة، فَمَكَثَ بِمكة ثلاثَ عشرة سنة يوحَى إليه، ثم أُمِرَ بالهِجْرة فَهاجَر عشر سِنِين، ومات وهو ابنُ ثَلاثٍ وستِّين». Ibn ‘Abbās (may Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Messenger of Allah (may Allah’s peace ‎and blessings be upon him) was sent as a Messenger of Allah at the age of forty. Then he ‎stayed in Makkah for thirteen years receiving the divine revelation. Afterwards, he was ‎commanded to emigrate (to Madīnah where he lived) for ten years, and he died at the age ‎of sixty-three.
