عن زيد بن خالد الجُهني رضي الله عنه مرفوعاً: «لا تَسُبُّوا الدِّيْك فإنه يُوْقِظ للصلاة». Zayd ibn Khālid al-Juhani (may Allah be pleased with him) reported the Prophet, may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him said: "Do not curse the rooster, for indeed it awakens (people) for prayer."
