عن أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه أنّ رسولَ الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: «لا يمَنَعَنَّ جارٌ جاره: أن يغرِزَ خَشَبَهُ في جداره، ثم يقول أبو هريرة: ما لي أراكم عنها مُعْرِضِين؟ والله لَأرْميَنّ َبها بين أكتافكم». Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Messenger of Allah (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) said: “No one should prevent his neighbor from inserting a wooden peg into his wall.” Abu Hurayrah then said: “Why do I see you averse to that? By Allah, I will spread it [forcefully] among you.”
