عن أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه مرفوعاً: «ثلاثةٌ لا يُكلمهم الله يوم القيامة، ولا يُزَكِّيهم، ولا يَنظُر إليهم، ولهم عذابٌ أليم: شَيخٌ زَانٍ، ومَلِكٌ كذَّاب، وعَائِل مُسْتكبر». Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) said: “On the Day of Resurrection, there will be three categories of people whom Allah will not speak to, purify, or look at, and they will receive a painful punishment. These are: an aged man who commits adultery, a king who often lies, and a destitute person who is arrogant.”
